I love the indulgence of food. The flavours that can take you all around the world. Food isn't just about eating, but for experiencing an exotic location that you may never visit.

Food that is made from the soul is like no other. Blended flavours, scratch cooking and lots of love, bring your taste buds to life. Eating should be pleasurable and exciting. I love to bring my food to you, for you to experience my love of flavours and good old fashioned cooking.

Growing up in a French Italian home I was exposed to many different herbs and combinations that brought excitement to meal time. Italian flavours mixed with French Canadian cuisine was an everyday staple in childhood. My mémé propping me up on a stool, teaching me how to make sauces from Rome, with a few French Canadian flavours tossed in there for fun. Memories of tomatoes, basil, oregano simmering gently on the stove. My mémé gently making breads and cakes, filling the small house with aromas that would make my nose twinkle and my mouth water in anticipation. These flavours that I had everyday, I want to bring to you.
